【人物简介】
学习简历： 1990.9-1994.7：原西北农业大学土壤农化专业学习，获农学学士学位。 1997.9-2000.7：西北农林科技大学资源环境学院，获农学硕士学位； 2000.9-2004.7：西北农林科技大学资源环境学院，获农学（土壤学）博士学位； 2006.- 2010.6：中国科学院生态环境研究中心，博士后流动站。 工作简历： 1994.9-1997.7：宁夏农林科学院工作，研究实习员； 2000.7-2006.12：中国科学院水利部、西北农林科技大学 水土保持研究所，助研。 2006.12-至今： 中国科学院水利部、西北农林科技大学 水土保持研究所，副研。

植被恢复与土壤质量评价、土壤结构与碳固定、流域生态与管理。
【研究成果】
国家“十五”科技攻关课题“半干旱退化山区生态农业建设技术与示范”获宁夏回族自治区科技进步一等奖，为第7完成人。 国家“九五”科技攻关课题“宁南宽谷丘陵区（固原）集水型高校农牧开发与生态环境建设”获宁夏回族自治区科技进步二等奖，为第12完成人。
